But these were no longer part of the Nazi program after 1 93 1 and no ne of them w as ever implemented under Nazi rule (B ros z at 1 966). There was, however, a similarity to Marxist-Leninist movements in organizational principles and strategy: regimentation throughout the whole party structure down to the system of street cells (Bracher 1 97 1 : 149), cadres of well-trained professionals (Merkl 1 966: 7), and strict discipline of party members.
